Project Cost $15,000,000 - Common Ground of the Camperdown Project located at 31 Pyrmont Bridge Road, Camperdown is a four storey building consisting of 104 apartments, mostly studios, with several 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The facility is based on the world renowned Common Ground Model of supportive housing, which began in New York in 1990 to provide long term accommodation for people who are formerly homeless.

The building includes, medical rooms, computer training area, art room, kitchens to teach sustainable skills and exercise facilities. Michael played a key role working with Grocon and Housing NSW as well as a team of multi-disciplinary consultants to ensure that the design and delivery of this building is fit for purpose.
