History of Laurieton

PRD Laurieton is owned and run by Simon and Natasha Hancox. The history of the current operations dates back to 1990, when Simon's father was employed as a salesman by Ken Hall of KB Hall & Sons which was established in 1973. A franchise change to Nationwide Realty took place in 1983.

In 1996 Paul and a business partner purchased both Nationwide Realty Laurieton and Camden Haven Letting Agency enjoying success in both fields, sales and rentals.

Nationwide Realty Laurieton then merged with PRD in 1999 and became PRD Laurieton, thereby becoming part of a nationwide real estate network consisting of over 120 franchises across Australia.

Paul and Jennifer took ownership of PRD Laurieton in 2002. In 2008, Paul and Jennifer's Son Simon, returned to the area to become a salesman in the office. After winning numerous top salesperson awards in the PRD franchise, Simon and his Wife Natasha became 50% shareholders and directors of the company in 2015. Natasha joined the business as office manager in 2016.

Simon is now responsible for all day to day operations and has been the Licensee in Charge of the business since 2018.
