As a small to medium size new home builder we are looking to recruit an experienced, highly organised and efficient building supervisor with a proven track record in quality control and customer satisfaction to join our team.

The person we are seeking will be responsible for supervising a variety of residential projects predominantly in a territory of Brisbane’s southwest through to the Ipswich area and will report to the Construction Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring that homes are built to required quality standards, built on time and to budget (efficiently within targeted time frames).

• Sound technical construction knowledge
• An understanding of relevant council requirements
• Certificate IV Building & Construction
• A minimum Trade Qualification in Carpentry (essential)
• A QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders License (essential)
• A Construction Induction White Card (essential)
• Good forward planning / scheduling / organisational skills
• Sound computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent professional and personal presentation
• Full driver’s licence (essential).
• Candidates with experience in construction of 2 storey homes and sloping sites will be held in high regard.
• Have experience in utilising the latest technologies or be willing to learn.
