The genetics of the Pekin breed used for layers is rare and has been maintained, improved and protected since the inception of the business. It is fully integrated with no outside introduction of genetics for 38 years

The working system of management falls into "free range category" but semi-intensive would best describe the operation

The eggs are bulk packed on pallets and delivered weekly to Sydney un-refrigerated. Eggs are stored in a cool room before dispatch

It consists of all phases of production to the end marketing of the product

A contract will be available between the purchaser and the processor (third party) to continue to purchase the eggs
