Your rent will include:
- Reception services weekdays 8.30am-5pm (greeting clients/visitors, accepting parcels, concierge, etc.)
- Office furniture (desks & chairs, credenza, file cabinet, etc.)
- 5-Hour complimentary access to boardroom and meeting room each month
($10-15 plus GST per hour if more hours were needed within the month.)
- Dedicated business number, call management where calls will be answered with your business name & message forwarding (via email) (if applicable)
- Fax number & incoming fax forwarding (via email)
- Mail handling
- Unlimited access to internet (Wi-Fi)
- 24/7 Access with security key cards
- 2 Visitor’s car parks for clients for up to 1 hour
- Air conditioning weekdays 7.45am-5pm
- Access to fully fitted kitchen with tea, coffee and filtered water

- Cleaning services twice a week

Plus bond of one-month rent

There are two visitor parking lots within the premises, allowed to park up to one hour.
