WHAT WOULD GO WELL HERE?? MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS A SUSHI TRAIN.. I will be contacting Wara Sushi at the Central in Cairns. It's a longshot but I won't know until I ask.. But I am sure the possibilities don't end there.. Great position for something new to add a bit more flavour to the CBD. But does not have to be food. The rent is very fair, $350 + Gst.
