Expressions of Interest Now Invited

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST are sought from parties interested in establishing new businesses in Kununurra's first commercial development servicing the growing suburb of Lakeside;

Now encompassing 50% of the total dwellings in the town, this residential zone has until now remained WITHOUT any commercial, retail or public services.

It is envisaged that the Local Centre development will initially be developed with roughly 700 sqm of commercial space with further stages projected to provide an additional 500+ sqm depending upon use & demand from prospective businesses. Owner will develop to suit the specific requirements of initial tenants as required.

EOI's are now invited from all sectors, with the initial tenant mix envisaged to include:
- Medical centre
- General Practitioner, Dental or other consulting businesses
- Delicatessen / Convenience Store
- Restaurant / Take Away / Café
- Gym / Fitness Centre
- Child care centre

Located in the heart of the residential precinct on the central main thoroughfare, LAKESIDE HUB will fill a long awaited need for local retail, medical and other services for the residents of the suburb.

The Lakeside suburb was initially established in the 1980's and has expanded with the development of Lakeside Park Estate to include over 300 new dwellings in the last 10 years with further growth to come.

An estimated population of some 2200 people, representing a slightly higher socio-economic demographic than average, currently have to drive to the Kununurra town centre for basic supplies & services so the creation of LAKESIDE HUB is being applauded by residents of the suburb.
