Having five years experience in front office management in the accommodation industry, I have recently taken on the role of office specialist, fulfilling administration tasks from sales and property management support to first point of contact in the office for enquiries.

My years in the accommodation industry mean I’ve learnt to deal with a large volume of customers on a daily basis – up to 45 check-ins a day, high volume of phone calls and email enquiries.

This pressurised work environment taught me multi-tasking, time management and high attention to detail, which has proven to be extremely important in this office, especially when working on multiple listings at the same time.

I’m originally from Germany and travelled to Australia on a Work and Holiday Visa in 2012 and never left. I studied a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Wollongong and have interests in travel, yoga, spending time at the beach and I love exploring and walking with our two border collies. I now live in Kiama with my partner.
