Jade started her real estate career in 2006 since then she has ventured into many aspects of real estate, her roles and knowledge has been very diverse having grown and managed a portfolio of 100 rentals, being the sales administration coordinator to then stepping into an office manager role up until 2016.

In early 2017 Jade join the agent’s agency group taking on an office support role which then lead her back into property management as the portfolio grew.

Having had her own investment property Jade understands the vale & level of service expected. She takes great pride in managing all properties like they are her own.

Surrounded by 18 years in the real estate industry, Jade thrives with enthusiasm of her knowledge & experiences.

Jade is approachable, accessible, maintaining regular, clear communication with both rental providers and renters. This ongoing communication allows her to transition smooth, successful tenancies and top returns. Jade prides herself on building strong trustworthy relationships with all her clients.

Being a local on the Peninsula all her life Jade thoroughly understands the area and its investment market. When Jade is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, being an active part in the community and doing activities around the Peninsula.
