ABOUT DREW CAMM
Drew Camm is the founder and CEO of DC Commercial, a Commercial Real Estate Agency of a boutique nature focusing on providing customers with honest and exceptional service.
Before immersing himself in DC Commercial, Drew studied Landscape Architecture and Town Planning at the Queensland University of technology, resulting in his work and design on a number of 5 start resorts throughout Australia. With the knowledge from his studies, his determination and innovation Drew previously operated and ran his family business De Pot Man. Showing his entrepreneurship at a young age he started the business with $150 worth of stock at the local markets. Building the business into a franchise model and selling his products both across Australia and internationally, Drew also manufactured his own products in multiple factories and warehouses throughout Asia. He negotiated with large clientele such as Bunnings, importing goods and negotiating difficult situations to turn the company into a success. Drew’s past 25 years experience in business contributes to his company today.
Drew has also worked for well known companies in Toowoomba, with his knowledge and experience securing him the role of a Property Consultant for Wagners. Assisting with the development of the Toowoomba West Wellcamp Airport and the leasing of bulky goods land, he is well aware of and informed on what is happening in the local area.
Securing a position as a Commercial Sale & Leasing agent at Colliers International Toowoomba, Drew developed a passion for commercial real estate. Later, establishing the first commercial sector of McGrath Estate Agents in Toowoomba as the managing director, Drew’s straightforward honest advice and ability to negotiate matters in a timely manner, secured his position with the commercial property industry.
Drew's entrepreneurial instincts once again arose and from his knowledge and experience started DC Commercial. Focusing on providing a comprehensive and detailed service, he enjoys the innovative ideas and diversity his company has to offer.
In addition to running DC Commercial, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 daughters, teaching Kyokushin Karate as well as running and operating the Toowoomba Dojo. When he gets a spare moment, he helps with coaching touch football and assists his daughter with her professional running career. With a good sense of humour, and a few dad jokes, Drew displays a quirky but sensible approach in all aspects of his life and business.
