Tess has been working for Theo Poulos Real Estate since 2012, in this time she has become a highly valued and respected team member to staff and clients. Being an all-rounder, Tess has the knowledge to help with any enquiries that come into any department within the office. Assisting with many roles throughout, her main focusses are; managing the trust account, office and property marketing, maintaining office policy and procedures, assisting in conflict resolution, and assists in each department with all matters. Her capabilities continue to exceed expectations. Tess’ knowledge of Real Estate Software and technology continues to bring Theo Poulos above the typical standard of Real Estate, introducing and implementing systems to better our services such as ‘Client On-Line Portals’ and training all staff members in using these systems to help achieve greater interactions with our clients, while keeping that good-old fashioned personal touch. Tess has accomplished a good reputation for herself in the community of Real Estate receiving a community award whilst working with the company, the Pride of Workmanship Award in 2015. She also completed her Real Estate Licence in 2016.
