My motivation and dedication for helping clients achieve their real estate goals are derived from sharing the joy of home ownership. Indeed, I have established a solid a career of over 20 years of real estate transacting across the Bayside area of Melbourne, rewarding me with a stream of repeat referral business.
Greatly unrecognised as the foundation of a highly successful sales campaign, I have grown to champion the insight needed to plan, facilitate, monitor, control and close a transaction thoroughly from start to finish. The skills I bring include contract negotiation, consumer protection legislation relating to real estate and exemplary attention to detail.
Coming from a family of real estate professionals I merit my love of property to the expertise and knowledge that I have been exposed to. Describing myself as adrenalin driven, I posit my energy and commitment are in part derived from my gym junkie and freak sport interests –I’m happy to chat about those all day too.
