Property investment is interesting, challenging and exciting and those elements are what I wanted in a career. As there is no one single approach that is right for all, I listen to the individual wants and needs of clients and traverse the requirements of all parties. Combining real estate with community is my gift profession.

As a Chinese Australian I have the opportunity and skills to extend my knowledge and experience to a community that shares that Australian love of real estate. I credit my multi lingual capacity and understanding of various cultures for my real estate successes. My fluency in English and Mandarin as well several other Chinese dialects enables me to negotiate at a high level that is decidedly valued by the Chinese community. The skills I bring include contract negotiation, consumer protection legislation relating to real estate and the capacity to span the needs of my multicultural clients.

In my personal life I enjoy volunteering as I want to pay forward the privileges I enjoy. White Horse Council and Monash sponsor Hua Xin women with new migrants’ issues in Australia, homeless issues and domestic violence shelters and I use my skills to help in any way required. As a volunteer I also enjoy participating in the weekly activities like exercise, Chi Kong, Yuan Chi Dance, singing, contributing to the women health seminars, cooking classes and English classes. I also love to walk my small white fluffy dog Coco Chanel that I adore.
