Michael Folkard began his real estate career at Griffith University’s Gold Coast Campus in 2007 where he started studying his Bachelor of Business Majoring in Real Estate and Property Development. After graduating in 2010 Michael began working with LJ Hooker’s award winning Nerang office where he has remained as an integral part of the team since 2011.
